The first and most important thing we must know to achieve wholeness and health is that we are all composed of mind, body, emotions, and spirit. These aspects of our beings are interconnected.

Despite the reductionist view that often treats these parts of us as separate, we must recognize that we are one whole system

As a whole being:

  • our mind affects our body, and our body affects our mind.
  • what we think affects how we feel emotionally.
  • how we feel emotionally affects our mind, body, and spirit in return.

To experience our greatness and fullness, we must view life through a holistic lens—and care for our whole selves.
