Centre Balance

Centre Balance is Regina Pfeifer’s Powell River practice offering yoga therapy and Ayurvedic wellness education. Services focus on practical lifestyle guidance inspired by Ayurveda and yoga as sister traditions, emphasizing balance-supportive routines, self-care practices, and individualized approaches. Private sessions may be arranged, and some group offerings may be available locally and/or online depending on scheduling.
