Henrik Elzinga

Henrik Elzinga is a Registered Social Worker with the VK Wellness Initiative in Powell River. He supports individuals through a holistic and trauma-informed counselling process that can include mindfulness practices, somatic work, CBT-informed strategies, and reflective inquiry to build self-awareness and resilience. Appointments are available in person, by phone, or by video, helping improve access for clients across the Powell River and qathet community.
