Tla’amin Nation

Tla’amin Nation launched ʔəms nəm (the way we are), a community-designed mental health and wellness app created with Tla’amin Elders, youth, and health and education staff. The app is described as a digital repository of culture and connection and includes resources such as Elder stories, cultural teachings, language lessons, songs, and land-based learning, with additional content added over time. It is intended as an accessible tool that community members can use on their phones to support wellbeing and cultural connection.
